- Will getting my house insulated improve the energy rating of my home?
Yes, It will increase the energy rating substantially due to the reduction of heat loss through the walls and attic.
- If I get this done will it add to the value of my house?
Yes, should you decide to sell your home, your overall energy rating will determine the value of your home.
- If I get my walls insulated will it keep out dampness?
If dampness is already present the source of the dampness must first be addressed and corrected before insulation commences. Once the source of dampness has been eliminated ThermoBead will keep dampness at bay.
- How many holes will you have to drill in my walls?
Holes of 22mm diameter will be kept to a minimum to allow 100% filling of cavity.
- Will the holes be noticeable afterwards?
No, all holes will be filled in to match as close as possible the exterior finish of your home.
- Will there be much mess left afterwards?
No, Carlow Insulation Solutions will clean all areas before leaving your premises and your home will be left as it was found when we arrived.
- Will holes cause cracks or weaken the structure of my house?
No, the 22mm holes will cause no damage what so ever to the structure of your house.
